Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation tasks, including dough making, pie production, chopping, cooking, and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and stored properly.
Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Basic math skills for inventory management are essential.
- A strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in pie making not required, but is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
