Duties

Oversee kitchen staff Scheduling Training kitchen staff Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Serve food to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Basic cooking skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
