Kitchen Steward (Porter)
Primary purpose is to ensure a high standard of sanitation, maintenance, and efficiency in the areas of the dishroom as well as other areas of the kitchen as needed.
Nature of Work:
The successful applicant will report directly to the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef and provides assistance to kitchen supervisors as requested.
Shifts are subject to change with business demands and will include Early Mornings, Evenings and/or Weekends.
