As a Team Member at Sansotei Ramen, you will play an essential role in preparing our signature dishes and ensuring a high standard of food quality.

Kitchen Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen quality Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidates

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food storage and equipment. Follow food safety protocols and guidelines for food handling to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low. Participate in regular cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Skills

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and contribute positively to the workplace culture.

As a server, you act as the face of the restaurant, greet customers, and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout their experience.

Responsibilities

Understand and communicate what's on the menu, answering questions customers might have, and making recommendations on menu selections to customers if necessary. Accurately take food and beverage orders, correctly using the ordering system. Accurately deliver food to customers, making sure that what comes out of the kitchen is correct and appealing before taking it to the table.
Skills

Communicate well with coworkers and customers, and maintain personable and professional communication at all times. This includes being able to listen and collaborate where applicable. Be punctual and reliable, showing up for their shifts as scheduled. Maintain a positive attitude, even under pressure. Patience with customers and coworkers is a must, particularly during busy rushes.
