We are seeking a dedicated and passionate team members to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a keen understanding of food safety practices.
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our restaurant's standards, ensuring that every dish is not only delicious but also presented beautifully. Your role will be pivotal in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with
food safety regulations
and company guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage and labeling of food items.
Assist with
meal preparation and plating
to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow and clear communication.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and promptly report shortages to management.
Perform
prep work during downtime
to ensure readiness for upcoming service periods.
Assist front-of-house as needed.
Requirements
Preferred: Proven experience as a
Cook
or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of
food safety standards
and best practices for kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment
while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfortable working in an
open kitchen setting

Peferred: Familiarity with various
cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Excellent
time management skills
with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong

Flexible availability
to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and willingness to pick up shifts when needed.
