Job Description

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to assist in our catering operation. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef and other kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and grills
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes and assist with other cleaning tasks as needed
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
