Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly handled.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Support fellow team members in food service tasks, including plating and serving dishes.
Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety.
Participate in kitchen inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards is essential.
Experience in food handling and kitchen operations will be highly regarded.
