Responsibilities

Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed consistently. Help with the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Support the team in food handling tasks, ensuring quality control throughout the cooking process. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations. Maintain an inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for cooking and the food industry is highly desirable.
