Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for daily meals, ensuring freshness and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe food handling practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Assist in serving food to customers as needed, providing excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
