Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service.
Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
Support serving staff by assisting with plating and presentation of dishes.
Experience
Previous experience in a Korean restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and serving team members.
