Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of meal preparation and food service, providing excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices is advantageous Experience with food safety standards within the food industry is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
