Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent food safety practices, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Duties

Assist in meal preparation and food assembly according to recipes and standards Handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures Support cooking activities, including grilling, plating, and portioning dishes Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment Support food service operations by preparing ingredients and assisting servers when needed Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as required Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling safety standards Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills Basic knowledge of the food industry and willingness to learn new skills Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed Food industry experience or kitchen experience is considered a plus but not mandatory
