Duties

Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards Perform food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service during peak hours Support serving staff by preparing dishes for service and ensuring timely delivery Follow proper storage procedures for food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required Strong cooking skills with a passion for food preparation and handling Familiarity with food safety standards and practices in the kitchen Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $17.60 per hour
