Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant restaurant environment, contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

Assist in meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene practices are followed Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking tasks under supervision Ensure timely and efficient service by coordinating with serving staff and kitchen personnel Follow all food handling protocols to ensure customer safety and satisfaction Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Skills

Experience in cooking, food preparation, or food service is highly desirable Knowledge of restaurant operations and food industry standards Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations Prior experience in serving or working in a restaurant setting is a plus
