Duties includes not limited to:
Prepare/cook Japanese food main dishes, sides.
Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant.
Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen's hygiene.
Qualifications:
Previous 1-2 years of experience in food service industry is required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts.
