The Role
Assist with prep, cooking, plating, and dishwashing during peak service times Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food safety standards precisely Lift and move items up to 50 lbs and handle hot, busy periods Collaborate closely with chefs and line cooks to ensure smooth operations
