We are seeking a motivated, responsible and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join Pho 128 team.

6:30am-3pm
Duties
:
Food Preparation
: Washing, cutting and preparing vegetables and protein
Cleaning & Sanitation
: Cleaning & sanitizing workstations, appliances, utensils, dishes; sweeping and mopping floors; wiping walls; disposing of waste.
Inventory & Stocking
: Receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries; restocking workstations; monitoring stock levels and rotating items.
Hygiene & Safety
: Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety practices
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
Work Location: In person
