Kitchen Helper / Japanese Hot Food & Tempura ChefJob Summary:
Chef (Hot Food):
Must be able to prepare and cook Japanese hot food dishes such as teriyaki, udon, and ramen.Chef (Tempura):
Must be able to prepare and cook various tempura dishes.Kitchen Helper:
Assists the chef with food preparation, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning.Responsibilities:
Cook and prepare hot food items, including tempura, teriyaki, donburi, and yakisoba Ensure consistent food quality and presentation Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
Experience working in a Japanese kitchen is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with good communication skills Reliable and punctual
