Chef (Tempura):
Must be able to prepare and cook various tempura dishes.
Kitchen Helper:
Assists the chef with food preparation, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning.
Responsibilities:
Cook and prepare hot food items, including tempura, teriyaki, donburi, and yakisoba
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
Experience working in a Japanese kitchen is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
