Prep for meat and vegetables
- cut all veggies that are needed
- cut BBQ pork - slice
- bled ginger and garlic
- defrost shrimps and big shrimps
- stock and fill all sauces
- cook or prepare all the rice ( Chinese + Sushi )
- open and set up cooking station
- make fried rice and noodles
- cook beef, shredded chicken and white chicken
- all counters and shelving
- outside and inside of all fridges
- woks and pots
- all blind areas
- outside areas, basement and storage rooms
- Discounted or free food
- French not required
- Day shift
- Tips
- Castlegar, BC V1N 1H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
