Sushi Hoshiko is a new Japanese AYCE restaurant located in Riverbend centre.
we are hiring full and part time experienced kitchen staff ( line/prep cook, sushi chef) and dishwasher.
Duties including but no
limited:
Prepare and cook Japanese dishes such as sushi, tempura, teppanyaki
Perform food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, preparing sauce
Assist the Head Chef or sushi chef with daily kitchen operations
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times
Washing dishes, kitchenware,etc
Requirements
Experienced in food preparation, cooking, or as a sushi chef
Be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
Flexibility to work various shift, including evening and weekends
