We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards
Perform food handling tasks in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
Support cooking staff by preparing ingredients, such as chopping vegetables and measuring ingredients
Follow proper procedures for food storage, labeling, and rotation
Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
Adhere to health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen
Experience
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
Familiarity with cooking techniques and meal preparation methods
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus
Experience in food service or handling is beneficial
A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills in a kitchen environment
