Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and quality standards Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times Support kitchen staff with cooking, plating, and presentation of dishes Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, organized, and properly maintained Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Help serve customers when needed, including taking orders and delivering food Maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently in a team environment Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices is advantageous Experience with food safety standards within the food industry is a plus Previous kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry will help in quickly adapting to the role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.10-$17.00 per hour
