We are seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Duties
Assist in meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards
Handle food safely and maintain proper sanitation practices in all areas of the kitchen
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and portioning
Support the serving team by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
Follow food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on quality service and efficiency
Requirements
Prior experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the food industry and kitchen operations
