Kitchen Position
The Kitchen position will learn and be responsible with other kitchen members for washing, cooking, cutting and prepping all foods required to assemble dishes from the menu.
Duties performed will include but not limited to:
Opening and Closing Prep Cook Checklist
Prepping vegetables, sauces and meats throughout the day
Gathering Inventory
Cleaning and washing dishes
Assist with cooking appetizers
Cleaning of all equipment and work areas
Opening and Closing Line Cook Checklist
Refilling toppings and sauces at prep stations
Making Appetizers at appetizer station
Boiling Noodles and cooking broth at topping station
Stir Fry using Wok at Wok Station
Cleaning of all equipment and work areas
