As our Kitchen Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our back-of-house operations. You'll lead a dynamic team, uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety, and ensure every plate reflects the excellence Milestones is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a kitchen team of 20+ staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency
Maintain inventory, control food and labor costs, and minimize waste
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate on seasonal menu updates and execute new dishes with precision
Train new staff and foster a positive, productive kitchen culture
Work closely with front-of-house managers to ensure seamless guest service
