Kitchen Manager / Cook

The Greek Kouzina Express is expanding its team and is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager / Cook to join our growing operation at our new Westsyde Road location.

We operate an open show kitchen and also support food truck and catering operations. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic professional who loves to cook, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute menu items to a high standard Lead daily kitchen operations in a fast paced environment Maintain exceptional sanitation and food safety standards Supervise and support kitchen team members Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints professionally Maintain strong communication in an open kitchen environment Support food truck and catering events as required

Employment Details

Permanent position Days, evenings, and weekends Primarily afternoons and evenings 30 to 40 hours per week Location: 2992 Westsyde Rd, Kamloops BC V2B 7E9

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years recent hands on experience in professional cooking and kitchen management Experience with menu planning, staff supervision, and inventory control Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Excellent attention to detail
