Key Responsibilities:
Oversee weekly inventory management
Manage all supplier orders, including receiving, verifying, and invoicing
Ensure high standards in staff development and kitchen management without compromising quality
Maintain strict cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
Oversee and enforce portion control for consistency and cost management
Prepare the kitchen to efficiently receive and store orders
Demonstrate a deep appreciation for quality ingredients and their proper handling
Lead kitchen teams professionally, avoiding personal involvement or favoritism
Fully prep and organize the kitchen for daily service and production demands
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and standards
