We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations in a dynamic restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and food handlers
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health codes
Develop staff schedules, provide training, and foster a positive team environment
Monitor restaurant operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Assist in menu planning and recipe development to enhance culinary offerings
Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality and restaurant management policies
Skills
Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
Excellent team management and leadership capabilities
Deep understanding of restaurant management practices and hospitality standards
Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
