Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager - Join Our Culinary Team!

Are you a skilled and experienced kitchen professional looking for a leadership role? We are searching for a dedicated Kitchen Manager to help oversee our Back of House (BOH) operations and ensure excellence in food quality, consistency, and team performance.

This is a temporary contract, however, if the applicant builds a strong relationship with the company, there is a possibility of permanent placement.

### Requirements:

? 5+ years of restaurant experience

? Prior managerial experience

? Hands-on experience in all BOH positions

? Strong English communication skills

? Proficiency with communication technology (email, chat, group chat)

? Experience working with team-based staff groups

? POS experience - both usage and maintenance

? Ability to work long shifts

? Strong knife skills

? Ability to support and maintain existing systems for consistency

? Experience with food costing

? Valid Food Handlers Certification

? Excellent customer service skills

? Strong team leadership and social skills

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
