Our Kitchen Managers lead our Back of House team and prepare our All Day Favorites and promotional menus for our Guests that visit our Restaurant and Lounge. We have a wonderful culture in our Kitchen that is fast paced, hardworking, fun-loving, and professional. We are looking to hire a new leader that will compliment this culture. This position would also have the potential to coach and lead in assistance with some of our other Smitty\'s kitchens, under the title Culinary Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- An enthusiastic team-player with strong communication and coaching skills
- Strong time management
- High standards of cleanliness & sanitization
- Ability and desire to grow and maintain a strong team
- Possess a growth mindset and always be open to learning and growing as a leader
- Prior cooking experience required.
- Prior experience leading a team required.
- A good understanding of costs and controls of a kitchen.
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with managers, kitchen team, and serving team.
Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
