Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food quality. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and excellence in all dishes served. Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to optimize team performance. Implement and uphold food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance customer service and dining experiences. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Skills

Two years of management experience in a fast restaurant. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Proven experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is essential Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work environment. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
