We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced environment. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining inventory, and fostering a positive work atmosphere that aligns with our hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Implement menu changes and specials in collaboration with the culinary team. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to the kitchen operations. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Experience

Proven leadership experience in a kitchen or food service environment is essential. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory. Background in bartending or cooking is a plus, enhancing versatility within the team. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike.
