## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
## Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen budget and control costs
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create menus and specials
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any kitchen-related issues
## Skills
- Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Experience in restaurant management and hospitality industry
- Ability to cook and help out in the kitchen when needed
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
