We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Implement new menu items and seasonal specials in collaboration with the culinary team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Address any customer concerns or complaints regarding food quality or service promptly.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Proficiency in restaurant management principles, including inventory control and cost management. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Experience in interviewing potential candidates for kitchen positions. Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not required. A background in the food industry with a passion for culinary excellence is essential.
