We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, food service, and team leadership. As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment. Develop and implement menu items that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food costs and labor expenses to maintain profitability without compromising quality. Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
