We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of kitchen leaders me chef for South Indian dishes and tandoor experience . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating both culinary skills and a commitment to food safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Serve food and beverages to customers with a focus on quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Handle food items with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures. Participate in inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.

Skills

Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or related roles within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new techniques in meal preparation. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
