Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated South Indian Kitchen Team Members having strong knowledge of Kerala cuisines to join our dynamic kitchen staff. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to food preparation and maintaining high standards of food safety. You will work collaboratively with chef to deliver exceptional meals that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Support the team in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages. Collaborate with chef to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Knowledge of pizza making and baking an asset .*

Should be quick learner and easily trainable .*

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Passion for cooking and a desire to learn new culinary skills.
