Grill meats, vegetables, and noodles according to Edo Japan recipes and standards
Maintain consistent portioning, cooking times, and presentation
Prepare fresh ingredients (cutting, seasoning, portioning)
Kitchen Operations
Operate grill and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Assist with prep, packing, and line support during peak hours
Customer Service (as needed)
Assist on the front line during busy periods
Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
Help with order assembly and accuracy
Requirements
Experience on grill or in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred but willing to train the right person)
Ability to multitask and work during busy rush periods
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Food Handler Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for long periods

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
