We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, food handling, and general cleaning duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities

Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients Support cooking activities under supervision to ensure timely meal service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures in accordance with health standards Help with dishwashing and waste disposal to uphold hygiene standards Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Support serving staff during meal service when required Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
