We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Duties

Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Support cooks and chefs in cooking tasks as needed, ensuring timely meal service. Handle food items safely and efficiently, adhering to all food handling regulations. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus. Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are important for collaboration with kitchen staff. Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be able to follow instructions accurately and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
