We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, food handling, and general cleaning duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Duties
Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning
Handle food items safely following proper food handling procedures
Support the team in organizing ingredients and supplies for efficient workflow
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working environment
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
Basic understanding of food preparation and handling practices
