We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Duties
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Help cooks during meal service by providing support with cooking tasks and ensuring timely delivery of food to the serving area.
Follow food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained.
Stock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills related to food handling and preparation.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of basic food handling practices and safety standards.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, cleaning, and food preparation.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
