We are seeking a reliable and energetic Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will support food service operations by handling dishwashing, basic food prep, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Prior experience in food handling or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Responsibilities

Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients for cooking Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines Support food service staff during meal times by bussing tables and clearing dishes Help with catering setup and cleanup for events or banquet functions as needed Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards Assist in organizing supplies and restocking items in the kitchen area Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or kitchen cleaning is advantageous Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus Prior banquet or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Willingness to learn culinary skills and work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
