Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth food preparation and service operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. The Kitchen Helper will assist with food handling, cleaning, and basic food preparation tasks, supporting the overall functionality of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under supervision Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health standards Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Support the serving staff during meal service as needed Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware promptly and efficiently Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills

Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures Basic cooking and food preparation skills Strong cleaning skills with attention to hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Previous hotel or food service experience is a plus Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
