What We're Looking For
We're hiring a versatile and reliable Kitchen Help/BOH Suppor
t
team member to join our back-of-house operations. Applicants MUST HAVE MINIMUM 1+ years of kitchen experience, enjoys hands-on prep and production work, and values a collaborative, respectful team dynamic. This role includes food prep, deep frying, cutting fish, and dishwashing--a bit of everything.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients, cut fish, and assist in food assembly according to restaurant standards
Operate kitchen equipment (e.g. deep fryer) safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
Communicate and collaborate with the team during service to ensure quality and efficiency
Assist with general cleaning and dishwashing as needed
Requirements
Fluent English REQUIRED
(spoken and written)
Minimum 1+ years of kitchen experience
required
Experience with
Japanese & Asian cuisine
or seafood prep- required
Good knowledge of
food safety and sanitation
procedures
Reliable, professional, and able to work well under pressure
A team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn
