Duties

Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Support chefs and cooks during meal service by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of dishes Handle food items safely in accordance with health regulations and guidelines Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, and ovens under supervision Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is essential Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail to maintain high standards of hygiene Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating a positive attitude Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn cooking techniques is a plus Experience in hospitality or hotel settings can be beneficial for this role

Pay: $15.70-$23.36 per hour
