We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Duties

Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients. Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Support meal preparation by assembling ingredients and following recipes as directed by cooks or chefs. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain food safety standards. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low inventory levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. Follow all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment. Able to work with grill and fryers. Side order knowledge required.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes is beneficial. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
