Duties

Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients Support cooking staff by preparing meals according to established recipes and guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality Help with meal assembly and plating for service Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is essential Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques are advantageous A passion for food service and a willingness to learn new skills in the culinary field Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
