We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality food service. Duties

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients for meals Support cooking processes by preparing ingredients and maintaining cooking stations Help with food handling tasks to ensure proper storage and sanitation practices Serve dishes to customers or assist in plating food items as directed Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste Follow food safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene standards are upheld Support meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying staff of low stock levels

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous Experience working in the food industry or kitchen setting demonstrates a strong understanding of meal preparation and sanitation standards Ability to serve customers efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment is desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
