We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient food preparation process. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness while supporting the kitchen staff in delivering exceptional meals to our guests.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Support cooks and chefs by helping with meal preparation and cooking as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management. Participate in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for the food industry and eagerness to learn from experienced cooks and chefs.
